We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Answer Unicom
• Handle flight school scheduling and billing
• Invoice fuel sales, track mechanic time, and shop orders
• Complete daily closing paperwork
• Perform basic cleaning
• Perform all other relevant office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand and move between buildings
• Ability to self-direct work duties

This position includes work on evenings, weekends, and holidays. Students applying must be able to work through the summer.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $13.00 per hour

Schedule: Evening shift during the week; Day and evening shifts on weekends

We are seeking an office manager to join our team! You will oversee the office and accounting functions of the business. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily invoicing, financial and administrative activities either personally or through oversight of counter staff
• Prepare daily deposits, track accounts and reconcile statements at the month end
• Track aircraft times and report to President weekly 
• Track fuel on hand and report to President daily 
• Hire, train, and schedule front counter customer service agents 
• Perform all HR and payroll functions, including quarterly and annual tax reports, W2s and other required reports 
• Order and maintain all office supplies and equipment 
• Prepare monthly reports for submission to accountants 
• Handle account receivables, account payables, and monthly recurring billings 
• Maintain IRA account and payment submission 
• Assist President in administrative roll 
• Open and receive incoming packages and pack and send outgoing packages 

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years’ bookkeeping/accounting experience 
• At least 3 years management experience 
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel 
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing 
• Sitting, standing, walking for extended periods of time 
• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds 
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer 
• Ability to walk between buildings during all types of weather
• Excellent customer service skills 

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25-$29 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Occasional evening and weekend hours)
